I hate to say it but I must have 20 different commercial pork rib rubs in my collection and I'm getting ready to toss most of them out as they are two years old or more.
I was cooking some ribs yesterday and I did a quick taste test to sample them trying to decide which to use and I'm unimpressed with a lot of them.
The stores I shop at seem to offer the same old ones I have now and I'm wondering how to "discover" new offerings?
I could list all of them but I think I have the ones everybody else uses so now what?
