Going out on the big lake this weekend (Lake Michigan) will have a box full of kings hopefully as they are staged getting ready to run up the creeks.

Question is do you have a must smoke that a guy has to try? I have done some basic brine's and dryrubs just wondering if ya have a o to.......

Felix , don't have a recipe , but send me a couple of those Kings and I'll figure it out .
