I know it ain't quite automatic, but there bult like a tank.
And can suck out the water without damage.
 
Works great! Handles water no problem! Even likes those bags that have the mesh in them! Haven't put it to work as much as i had hoped due to OT at work and weather, but, that will soon be remedied. Am planning on the relatives getting Summer Sausage and smoked cheeses for Christmas!
 
I'm still using my original Food Saver I bought a couple of years ago. But thanks for the heads up.
