What's up guys?  Got my smoker as a graduation present last year and have been getting tons of great info here, so I thought it was high time I signed up.  I always loved cue and decided it would be more fun to just make my own, so I got a Brinkmann Trailmaster and have been loving every minute of using it (just wish I had more money to get wood and meat).  So far I've done tons of ribs, some tri-tip, pork butt (pulled), beer can chickens, chicken breast, and pork loin, but have yet to take on the vaunted brisket.

Anyway, just wanted to give y'all a big THANKS for all the info so far and say hi.

Welcome to the SMF family from another Utahn- take a moment when you can and update your profile with your location.

Don't let that brisky scare ya, not any harder to do than a pork butt, just a tad bit bigger and well worth doing. Lot of folks here will help you through your first one if you need it.

Thanks for all the welcomes and kind words.  I'll be sure to get some Q-view of my next smoke (probably not until the next BYU away game, unfortunately).
