Just a quick not to say that over the weekend we completed another annual pig roast even with major rain storm that dumped record rain on us in Connecticut. Sorry that I was so busy orchestrating the event that I didn't get any pix to show but others may be sending me some and if so I'll post them. I did find out that someone who did a brief video of the pig processional that you can see at http://www.wholepigroast.com/another-successful-pig-roast . We used to put the pig carving table as close to the fire pit as possible to make it easy to transfer the pig, but have since realized that making a big production out of pulling the pig off the grill and having the key grillers marching it across the yard is much more fun for everyone :) .

Hi Dave,

I know there were some cameras going while I was frantically rushing the line of hungry guests get served before the downpour hit. Now I just gotta track down who has some pix to share!
