Another stuffed Pork Loin

Sorry I haven’t posted in a while but
I going to make up for it today.
First Up.. over the top stuffed pork loin
With Provolone Cheese, Sun Dried Tomato’s and fresh mango..
Start out with the 1/2 Smithfield Loin

Next Butterfly and pound it..

Next .. humm So ya know how you wrap ribs with Honey, Brown Sugar and Tiger Sauce? That was my base.. now the cheese , tomatoes and mango

Rolled ,Tied and cinnamon sprinkled. Then a liberal about of Jeff’s Rub. Letting it hang out to get to room temp

Now for the Smoked Chicken Enchiladas..I know I know I started this thred under pork....

In Honor of St Patrick’s Day both the Green Boys are on Duty..
