Another Smoking Brother

Hello, My name is Marcus Harrell. I live in Enterprise, Al. I started smoking meat last year and just got a Weber Smokey Mountain for xmas. I've found a lot of info and help on this website and decided to start posting as well. Also I just bought an electric meat grinder and am looking forward to making some sawsage! Now i just need to get a sausage stuffer to make things easier. Any tips/wisdom/advice is always appreciated.

My mom got remarried when I was 11 and we moved here. My grandparents lived across the street from GHS. They were teachers there. We lived next door to the Bensons.
