Built a 16 gallon smoker for my friends daughter and husband so they could get into
smoking too. For their first attempt ,they smoked a 10 pound picnic ham and did an
awesome job!
Neither one left the smoker the whole smoke and babysat the smoker from start to finish
to make sure her Dad and I would be impressed with their first attempt !
Kids did a great job and are definitely hooked on smoking THEIR own now lol!
