Another Small Butt For Kettle

Got another small but for the kettle tomorrow being injected and rubbed down.
Apple juice, sugar, vinegar and a few drops of hot sauce for the injection.

Rubbed down with Harry Soo's all purpose.
Cover and fridge.

Early morning in SW Florida.
Got some kingsford to get things going then adding some cowboy lump.

Ok here goes. Had to put a tie around it because the top flap wanted to slide off the bone.
