Just getting into smoking and I'm really enjoying all of the information everyone shares. A hearty thanks to all from a newbee in southeast Missouri.

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

Ok my name is Charles and I'm new to the forum. Not wanting to hijack someone's thread but can someone tell me how to start a new thread from a mobile device

I am on my pc. I just check in from time to time on my phone. I think the android and ios phones are easier to use with the smf site but I could be wrong.

Switch from desktop mode to mobile mode at the bottom of the page. Go to the forum you want to start a thread in, hit the little red box on top right of page, the drop down menu gives you the option to start a new thread.
