Greetings, all! I signed on here a week ago, and am starting to digest the wealth of information on the forum.

I've been dabbling in the art for about 5 years, using a WSM cooker. I'm pretty happy with most of what I turn out, but always looking to improve--especially my brisket.

I started a separate thread in the NJ forum, looking for good butchers in the Morris County, NJ region.

Thanks! I went to college in Terre Haute; working now to retire and get back to my native Idaho!

I was born in Terre Haute and though we moved around a lot when I was growing up I wound up back there from '72 til '82.
Many of my remaining relatives still live in the area and I've thought about moving back since I've retired but we're just too dug in here.
Don't give up that dream of Idaho!
