Hey Everybody,
My name is Brian. I have lived in SW Michigan for most of life. I am new to smoking, and I can't wait to get the ball rolling. A good friend of mine gave me a Trail Embers smoker from Tractor Supply. It has been used once, but I plan on wearing it out.
Most people, that I have spoken to, have told me that electric is the way to go. I believe that I will learn more about the craft, if I start from scratch so to speak. So, I am here to learn as much as I can, and I hope to eventually return the favor to the next newbie.
