Another meal off the smoker and my first try at salmon

    so its just regular old salmon with a roasted garlic and butter sauce then sprinkled with a dash of parsley. i put it on a kind of foil bowl and set it on the smoker Internal Temp was about 145 when i took it off and was on for 45 or so minutes at 250-275. I also made a mixture of veggies with pepperoni and some Italian dressing. Plus some yummy pickles lol and I cooked with cherry
