I'm so confused......2-3 months ago I found a list of what I needed for bacon
Bribed it (pops brine) set 14 days. Pulled it this morning. Started master pro gas
Set it at 150. Ran 2 hrs. Maverick732 says it's 120 turned it up to 200 and supposed to run it till it 140_160???
When I check I t at 2 hrs it still looked raw??
Looking at posts this morning I'm seeing something totally different
Any suggestions
