Another experiment.

Been burning wood for awhile, leads to trying new things.
This smoke is 2 racks of ribs. One is a goejejung mixture dusted w/ black sesame seeds.
The other is some sweet and spicy topping that someone gave me. Been sitting around for awhile and I needed an excuse to use it.

Ribs came out great. Delicious.
I did combat medicine for 20 years and this happend.
10 plus years ago a Pit I had walked up to me drooling w/ his mouth open. He had a bone stuck in his throat. Fixed.
This recent smoke. I was tossing bones to my dog as I pulled them out and heard a thrashing, lack of a better term.
Dud had a bone stuck in his throat. Ive got bites on my hand after I wrestled him to the ground, reached down his throat and pulled the.bone out.
