Another Chicken Parm

After chopsaw chopsaw posted his Chicken Parm I had to make some myself. I did do it slightly different.

These were very large chicken breasts and I did not have a mallet so I did a trick I saw on one of those cooking shows.

I placed a sheet of wax paper on the chicken and used a pan to pound the chicken flat. Then I added Oregano and Basil to the Panko.


It was spiced up a little with Pepper Jack cheese and shredded parm. Then in the air fryer oven at 350F until done.


I added some steamed carrots and broccoli and made some garlic bread to finish it off.

I am up late printing on my 3D printer and got hungry again.

Raisen bread with butter. Chicken parm, carrots and broccoli in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 425F.


It looks weird but tasted damn good.
