Angus Beef

Hi All  I was in Restaurant Depot looking for Brisket. They had the Superior Angus Beef, now I see there is also CAB/Certified Angus Beef. Question, is there difference between the two?

There is a difference, however my experience with briskets is that low and slow smoking will make even a lower quality brisket will be great.
