What determines the size of smoker you build?
Can you build a larger smoker then section it off for the smaller jobs?
Is one type of smoker more forgiving for this over another?
What type of tanks can you use to build a smoker, can you use a galvanized water tank?
Just read it could be a bad idea...
I've seen builds on the web where people have used food grade 55gal barrels. Do they hold up for long?
