About how many 6" links with 32 mm casing will 5#'s make ?

Maybe 5 or 6 per pound , so 25-30 maybe.
But casings are never just 32, so mileage will vary

FYI;
Syracuse Casing shows 100 yds of their 32-35 casings will stuff 100-110 of meat.
Their 29-32 casings say 90-100 lbs per 100 yards

That's a good number . I just did 4 lbs. and got 15 that were longer than 6 " .

This is 5 lbs.

Generally a nice sized link is about 1/4lb so my guess is that you will end up with about 20 good sized links with 5lbs.

Here's 5.8 lbs stuffed into 10'-8" of 32-35mm casings most of it was on the 35 end of the scale, I got ten 12"-13" links with a couple long ones on the ends. so that would be about 21 plus links. So I'm thinking my original guesstimate might be a little on the high side.

Generally a nice sized link is about 1/4lb so my guess is that you will end up with about 20 good sized links with 5lbs.
