I've done a few smokes now using the AMNPS (with the MES 30) and sometimes I have leftover pellets, like maybe half a row or so.  Is it ok to put them back and reuse them at a later date?  Or should I just throw them away?  I hate to waste them if I am able to reuse them.  Thanks.

Absolutely use them! Best to just mix with the new batch so you can clean the AMNPS well before the next use...JJ

Yup. I save pellets and dust.

Like JJ said, I dump them back in the container when cold.

Probably a dumb question, but do you clean your AMNPS any way special?  Or just soap and water?

I just scrap the stuff that's left over out. Try to make sure the holes are clean.

You can tap it on a hard surface or I use a cheapo nylon brush, like a large tooth brush. You can get 10 for $1 at flea markets or hardware stores...JJ
