I found a prime packer at HEB and will be cooking the brisket on a GMG Daniel Boone Saturday night for Sunday lunch. Hope it comes out as good or better than my MES30.

Any use the AMNPS in a GMG DB before?
I don't have time to get the tube my concern is ash on my brisket.
