I have a vintage American Slicing Machine, Model 50. this unit is in pretty good working order, but I have noticed that the blade stops while cutting harder meat like salami. I have had the unit for over 20 years, so I believe that it is time for a servicing.
Would anyone out hear by chance have or know where I could get a service manual for the unit? I am also looking for some parts, as i have misplaced the food tray and the sharpening stones have warn out.
