I have a irf 4s and well after trying to set it up at least 5 times I give up. Directions are to say the least bad, and well as far as I am concerned will never buy another or recommend it to anyone.

Sorry to hear you have had issues. Have you contacted Inkbirdbbq on the forum about it? They are usually great at getting issues resolved.

The Qmatz from amazen products are awesome for nuts, garlic cloves, peppers and meatloaves etc. They are easy clean up being flexible and a mesh.

Garlic nuts. Soft spreadable mild peeled raw cloves

What problem are you having with them?

Well like I said instruction of use are not only minimal, but lacking in clarity(at least for me). I think I follow the instructions but the unit just defaults back to a previous setting, even though I think I changed it. The whole process is not straight forward. You have to press the same button but for different time intervals ...1 second ,2seconds type thing. I never really got past this part, because I just never got it set so that it worked
