For those wondering, good thermometer. Solid product. Its not a thermapen, but its also not thermapen price. Seems to be about 2-3 sec for temps to stabilize. While I wish it were faster and a bit smaller, it's acceptable for my needs and its temps are consistent for precision and accuracy.

Nice therm. Auto on—off, strong magnet, good temp speed and pretty much dead on balls accurate. Accidentally left one sitting on the heated control panel of my Weber Silver A gasser causing the screen to go black. I thought it was toast but after it cooled off it cleared up and read 33deg in my icy Dr. Pepper.
