Was in the mood for some wings. Started off great little smoke indirect on the Weber. Rolled them over the heat to crisp up the skin a little.
Good thing we had some leftover spaghetti in the fridge.

I've seen, and done worse. Just peel off the skin(I know bummer) and eat the meat. Another possibility is to make some chicken soup or a pot pie.

Point for sure

As others have said, pull the burnt skin off, toss in your fav sauce and eat anyway.

Been there , done that.
Still have the charred bits in my teeth.

Unless too dry to chew , I would still give it a go. And nothing wrong with spaghetti also. lol

Little sauce will soften that char right up. Goog eatin!
Jim was maybe kidding since a mouthful of char can be off-putting but if you chop up the char real fine and mix it with a vinegar- based brine (jalapeño never disappoints) along with a little commercial product you'll get a sauce that's a hit, especially with wings
