A big Shout out to Al and his Pickle Recipe. Since I started making them we can't live with them. #2 son and DIL feel the same way. Cucumbers are really coming on so its Pickle time.

As good as cukes are, pickled tomatoes with lots of garlic. Just like my Bubbie used to make. A real mechaiah. (Untranslatable Yiddish, but roughly an increadable pleasure).

Also if you have olive trees...lot of garlic and some dried chilies, maybe a handful or three.

You are not alone . I do jalapenos and a jar of red onion also . I have the vac sealer lid for my sealer . Works great .
