Hi everyone!  I've been using this forum as a resource for a while now and I figured I should start contributing as well.  Because I'm living in Hawaii right now I get a lot of smoking done... There's no winter here.  I'm originally from Florida and still go back there a lot to join my family in some good smoking action.  As a matter of fact after seeing the Smoked Meatloaf recipe on the main site I figured that would be a good idea for a fairly quick meal (in smoking time frames anyway) and I intend on doing that this weekend.  I will, of course, post some pictures.  I'm pretty damn good at smoking right now...  but there's always room for improvement, something I hope to accomplish by continuing to be a part of this community.
