Started to heat my electric smoker, had my chicken out of the fridge to warm a little. went to get the wood chips, resized i didn't have any. i quickly run off to the local store to get some, being later in the grilling season i couldn't find any after looking around for a few minutes i finally find some smoking pellets. i have never used them before, but they seem to be working well. The chicken is almost done I will let you know.
