A friend bought a whole alligator and has it frozen in his freezer for super bowl. I forward this to hime.

I have actually tried alligator gar boullettes Warren....they ain't too bad. We caught one on a catfish line at the duck camp and one of the old Coonasses at our neighboring camp showed us how he cleans them, similar to in the video, and them made gar balls like in the video...

Guys up here "bleed" fish and swear it works. Much cleaner way to fillet too.
