..the chuck wagon! Seems there is a lot of post on chuckies lately and for good reason! So I thawed a couple out to make on Saturday .
One was cut up for burnt ends and placed in the smoker, the other had to hang out with me all afternoon until it was time to grill him! Added a pan of beans with kielbasa under the beef to get some smoke and drippings! And foiled up 2 onions to get steamed while the grill was doing its thing.
Worked out well with my son and his buddies coming in hungry after hunting all afternoon.

That's a nice looking batch of meat to send the left overs to the freezer.
What, son and buddies?
I hope you got some before they arrived to inhale everything but the platter.
I got on the pulled chuck wagon. My favorite method of smoked beef.

Looks really good from here. I bet your son and his buddies appreciated it.

Point for sure
Chris

That's one darned fine cook! I'd say your son and his buds scored real good, even if they came home skunked. RAY

Man oh man, that's some fine looking grub. I'm loving that pan of beans and sausage. That's my kind of food right there!! Very nice job.

Yeah, they smashed it pretty good! On top of that, the wife made some kind of goulash casserole that they inhaled!

Thanks! Yeah, they are kinda spoiled! I wish I had someone cooking up this kinda grub when I was a teenager! lol. We were lucky to get a grilled cheese or a hotdog wrapped in a singe slice of white bread with ketchup lol!

That's a fine looking meal. Great job! I'll bet your son and his buds inhaled that.
Thanks, they were courteous and carnivores at the same time lol!

Toothpick that slice around the hotdog, butter the outside as a grilled cheese, and oven roast for about 15 minutes until the bread gets brown. That elevate a lowly hotdog to a gourmet meal.
