Alice Springs chicken

So I thought I would treat the wife to her favorite meal, so she loves the alice springs chicken at Outback, so I thought I would give it a go along with bacon wrapped asparagus.

Chicken is laid out and tenderized, along with a sprinkle of kosher salt.


I basted the asparagus with EVOO, salt, pepper, then wrapped in bacon and on the Blaze built in grill .


Next on goes the chicken, added some POG and cooking slow and turning the asparagus as needed.


Nearing completion, topped with chopped onions, mushrooms, and Monterey jack cheese, left half on one naked for the kids.
