Looks fantastic. I’m loving tri tip more and more. Only have one left in the freezer. Haven’t seen it around here again for quite awhile. During the meat shortages last year our Savealot had it pretty frequently.

I do have to ask though - we have not had very good luck with meat quality at ALdi's...but your tri=tip looked pretty good in the pics. Did you have to trim it a lot?
