This is my second go at these quarters. Smoked in my offset with cherry wood. These were cooked at 300 until 175 IT. These bad boys were so pretty I hated to sauce them all! Here are some pics for your enjoyment!!

- 2 cups Duke’s Mayo
- ½ cup Cider Vinegar
- 1 TBS Course Ground Black Pepper
- 1 TBS Granulated Garlic
- 1 TBS Sugar
- 1 heaping teaspoon minced Horseradish
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Ground Cayenne Pepper
- Juice from 2 Lemons
I'm all about easy clean up. My fine china gets a workout around my house.Nothing better than my China!! Hah
