Been pretty busy lately so I haven’t had a chance to post or do as much cooking as I’d like and did some without posting but I had taco night the other night and tried my hand at fried pickles work in progress they were not bad for first time attempt

Nice! When camping I've been trying to figure out a way to deep fry. I've done it with our 2 burner coleman. But this looks easier. And no clean up.

Sounds like a home run as long as the pan doesnt spring a leak! They are pretty inexpensive, maybe double them up for safety! Nothing wrong with doubling up the protection to prevent a burning weiner.......
