Can't say as I've ever had scrapple John, looks great, guess I've led a sheltered life. RAY
I'm with Ray.
Gotta' ask...what do you Folks pay for a pound of that stuff? I assume the price is attractive?

Nice job Bear, looks real good from here buddy!

Funny that you did scrapple, as I did the Cincinnati version of scrapple called Goetta for breakfast the last 2 mornings for breakfast with an over easy egg and biscuit with sausage gravy, yum yum.

Sue had never tried either so I introduced her to it and she really liked it.

I have to order it in but they ship next day and pack it with dry ice in a styrofoam cooler. Got some Cincinnati Brats and Mets too.

man do I miss scrapple. Can't get it out on the west coast unless I ship it in. Great Idea using the air fryer.

Thank You Brian!!
Yup---We don't have "Tri Tips" around here, but our Cheesesteaks, Scrapple, Pork Roll, and Shoo Fly Pie make up for that.
Air Fyers make a bunch of things really Great, and Scrapple is definitely one of them.

Looks great Bear a favorite around our house. Local brand here made by local Amish shop.
Funny how different areas have different foods a course it comes from the home country they came from.

Don't know anything about Scrapple , but that Ninja put a nice crisp on 'em .

Thank You Rich!!
I keep finding things that this machine does better than other ways:
Chicken
French Fries
Sausages (Fresh & Smoked)
Fish
Scrapple
Pizza

Still exploring,

Thank You Baker!!
Mrs Bear is finicky about some some foods, like Fish & Seafood, but she loves Scrapple, and like Me, she enjoys it a lot more when made in this Air Fryer. This Ninja is the best I've had yet,

Looks good Bear.
Big scrapple fan. Finally can get it here on the north left coast!(Seattle area) We used to get Rappa brand when I was a kid and my Mom made it as well but now
I have to settle with Jones.(just happy I can get it local.) I pay a little north of $4 per pound! ouch!
I like a couple over easy eggs on top of a few slices. or just grab a slice and go! Some folks put maple syrup on it.
I describe it to people that have never tried it as "sausage toast" because of all the cornmeal and scraps!
Air fryer looks like a great way to go although as I do not have one or space for one I still use the CI pan.
Thanks for sharing Bear.

Thank You!! I tried Maple Syrup, but didn't care for it on my Scrapple.
I just eat it plain if it's good Scrapple, and if it's not so great, I'll use a little Ketchup.
"Sausage Toast"---That's real good name for it!!!
