Just took the four smaller pieces of pork and the chuckies off of the beast! They look fantastic. Got them covered and taking a nap right now will take some pics in an hour or so when I'm ready to pull them to pieces! Oh I can't wait been a minute since I've had some Q cooked on my beauty!

Always a good thing when the bones pull out clean.

Forgot you take a pic of the beef right after pulling but will take one today. It pulled so easily just like the pork. Always falls apart in my hands. So far the beef is the only thing I've ever wrapped and put some juice in because I want to make sure it stays moist and falls apart. The butts always do! Don't think I'll do smaller pieces tho anymore cause they weren't as moist as the larger butts. Oh I did a couple tenderloins also that turned out great. Nice and juicy!
