Greetings, this is my adventure in my first time using a smoker.
Outside of the occasional burger or some chicken I was by no means a grill master. I have always liked the idea of smoking but thought it would be to hard. Didn’t want to waste money.
This past week I really wanted to give smoking a shot. After going back and forth and doing some research I went and picked up an electric smoker.
