Well, i found another one of the smokers I bought, a Grillpro as i find out now, and am contemplating buying it for extra grates and such. The thought also came to mind that i could add another center section to the stack for some more capacity, but am not sure if that would really work.  In my mind, I can't see why it wouldn't work, since its still sealed well and its only more air to heat once.  I would figure that it would take a bit longer to reheat after spritzing and such, but I could live with that.

What do you guys think?

Wngsprnt50-I saw an ecb unit that someone had added extra center sections to order to increase it's food smoking capacity. The owner also enlarged the doors to add/remove the food without having to take it apart to get to the food. IIRC the unit stood like 6-7 feet tall. It may have even been a WMS but the concept was the same.
