ac leggs bbq seasoning

planning to do 10 pounds of snack sticks saturday, 5 pounds 80/20 beef, 3 pounds deer, 2 pounds pork. i have the 11 oz. bag of leggs bbq seasoning claims its good for 10 pounds of meat can anyone verify if this is correct or is it too much seasoning?

I use allot of the AC Leggs line and the bbq #157. Yes use the entire package of the mix for 10lbs. Be sure to use 2 level tsp of cure #1

With the AC line i have been doing the mix a tad outta my norm. I mix in the dry right to the meat until tacky, then mix in the cure that i mixed with the water and mixing by hand. If your going to be adding any sort of binder mix in last. So far this method is working pretty good. Your results may vary.
