Been here a little while, lurking around and learning a lot. Always forgot to introduce myself. Since buying a char-griller pro duo, I've tried smoking anything I can. Some came out good, others did not. LOL Finally got an MES 30, and the recipes and how to's are in my future. Gonna try some jerky, fish, and whatever else I can find. Glad I found this site and love it...
