Hi Everyone:

I am in the process of building a somewhat specialized smoker, which may or may not work out as planned. It's my first attempt. Ultimately, it will be about the size of a phone booth, insulated, fire-proofed (sorta), covered on the outside with corrugated steel, lined on the inside with stainless steel, and heated with propane. Here is a few pics of the process. I built it on a reinforced pallet so that I can move it with the forks on my tractor. Gary
