A Virgin Smoker

Hey all,  I am new to smoking myself but love the fantastic flavor that comes out of them.  A proud new owner of a Traeger L'll Tex Elite.  I live in Weyburn Saskatchewan, Canada (that is right north of Montana/North Dakota)  We usually have nice hot summers (70-90F) and cold winters (-20- -30F Below 0)
