Hey all, been a while since I fired up the smoker.... Due to work & hunting..... So tonite, tossed a ribeye & T-Bone on the grill !

Outstanding....in my opinion ya can't beat a ribeye.

My plan for Christmas dinner includes ribeye and king crab if I can find  a worthy crustacean this far from home......

No problem! Looks great! Perfectly cooked for me and it looks like you picked the the ribeye, my favorite. Unfortunately yes, a Giants fan... Not fun these last couple of years but with two Super Bowl wins in recent years, I can't complain!

Thanks man, yep I love a good ole ribeye.... Hands down my favorite steak for sure....

As far as football goes, Giants are a good team..., they just had too many guys get hurt or retire recently ! Tom Coughlin is a great coach & Eli is a great QB... Your WR Beckham Jr is a freak of nature man.... And I think they kinda miss Gilbride, not taking anything away from McAdoo.... He just has a different style !

I've been a Cowboys fan for 35 years so I know bout bad years..... Shoot, they haven't won anything since the 90's ! LOL

Hey Bear, thanks so much.... I love steak, found these marked down & could not resist.... So it was kind of a spur of the moment smoke ! LOL

BTW, we picked up the stuff to make your meltaways, gonna give em a go today ! Lookin at them, I just couldn't take it anymore.... LOL. Could not find the exact items you use but I think what we picked up will work...
