So I did this in Feb for our anniversary, and it was great.
Just wanted to show I did a couple more again a different way kinda

I cured more legs the same way as in the link below. And had some more hot water pastry
in the fridge.

I deboned a couple of the drums and than pulled out some of the stuffing that was frozen

Mixed the chicken ( very ham like ) with the stuffing and added the honey mustard sauce
placed the leg bone in the middle , little more sauce, than wrapped the dough up and around
the leg bone.

Baked in the oven until the pastry was cooked.

These were good but I should have also added Mozza like the first time. And I'm not sure if I like the idea of the
leg bone as part of the meal.

Really just showing that you could cook anything in this pastry and it is still a good meal. Oh and this time I forgot to wrap the tops with foil
and the leg end got a little dark. lol

Still fun to do

Very cool, interesting idea! 🤣 I gotta agree that there seems to be something off about the bone being a part of it, but awesome Halloween idea! Doesn’t take away from the fact that I’d crush the pastry and meat! Awesome job!

Thanks Jed , this was just to show for adding different items in the pastry, After looking at it . Not something I would eat I did not put it together myself. ha ha
So the pastry filled would have been better , with out the old leg from the compost bin. ROFLMAO:emoji_laughing::emoji_scream::emoji_upside_down::emoji_upside_down:

Thanks for the like also

Not sure how I missed this, but that's just a crazy good looking presentation David...

Thanks Charles for the like and the comment
yes the first original post was a great meal and lots of work but really worth it.
This post was more to show for me a different approach on the filling. The leg bone not so much, lol
