I've been lucky enough to get to do some touring through the Myrtle Beach area in SC over the past 2 weeks. On my travels I got to stop at Brookgreen Gardens, an old plantation turned museum/zoo.

As part of the tour they have areas excavated from the old plantation. NE of the areas is an old smokehouse.

Pretty neat!

Pretty good construction considering this dates back pre-Civil war.

For all of the forum members in NC & SC I hope you're all doing okay. I've seen some incredible flooding and destruction on my travels.
