MM thinking I am on the right track. both birds at 150deg. Just put a bourbon glaze on them and the prime rib is at 120. If all goes well we will be at my parents eating Thanksgiving dinner at 2:00pm
And by the way the charcoal basket worked great

Oh man that looks good, I know its turkey day and all but I would be all over that PR for sure.

I hope everyone enjoys and you have a fabulous day.

Thanks It is oh so close to being done. Right on time I will pull about 12:00 pack up and head to my parents 45 minutes away and be ready to carve it for 2 o'clock diner time

Thanks everyone it turned out great, The second turkey was not even touched so we have left overs MM. The prime rib was great, but I will not foil and travel with one again a little to cool when i served it. but great flavor. now just another reason to try one that will be eaten at home. Thanks again for thehelp this web site is great.
