A Pair of Loins

Sorry no pics of before of them all rubbed up so here's the aftermath 

all ready to be sliced 

some mashed potatoes lightly smoked eggs and some gravy made from the drippings

thanks....pulled them at 140 and wrapped them up and put in cooler for 1hr and a half

I thought they were 3-4lbs each and 6-7hrs to get them just over 140 with the smoker at 225
