A newbie Missouri Howdy!

Been cooking on a Weber for years, but acquired my first smoker and looking forward to learning in this group some great smoker techniques and recipes. Spent quite a bit looking through Bears Step By Steps yesterday...creative "juices" flowing already. He looks top be quite the expert, and looking forward to virtual meetings of other like experts, as I am sure there are a lot here.

Anyway, a Hillbilly Howdy from Southern Missouri to all. Glad to have stumbled onto this forum. Smoke it if you got it!!!
