Hello everyone. I am new to this forum and in following the request to introduce myself in the Roll Call, here I go.
I live in Central Illinois and BBQ and Smoking meat is my therapy. I find it greatly refreshing that in the contentious world of cyberspace that people from all over the world usually have civil, informative and encouraging replies to posts regarding a shared hobby as Smoking meat. It is a nice refuge in a cynical bordering absurdly hateful world that we share tips and inspirational ideas that have such a wonderful result, food on the table for our friends, family and some lucky neighbors. I look forward to becoming part of this online community. Here is my latest acquisition, I've only used it twice but the season just began. Best of Smoking to you my PIT BRETHREN AND SISTREN.
