Hello my name is ace out of good ol' fort Wayne Indiana I enjoy to smoke'n N grill'n meat in my free time I just recently started making jerky and I'm here to pretty much soke up any info I can ..I may post pics of my meat adventures from time to time well I have 25 lbs of meat to make take care friends
